How can I uninstall and reinstall the Kingdoms of Camelot App?
If you are having trouble loading Kingdoms of Camelot, removing the app from your Facebook and then re-adding can resolve your issue.
Note: All of your game progress will be saved.
1. To remove the app, go to your Account menu in the upper right-hand corner and select Privacy Settings from the drop-down menu
2. At the lower, left-hand corner of the Privacy Settings page, you will see a link for "Edit Your Settings" under Applications and Websites
3. On the Applications>Games and Websites page, please select "Edit Settings"
4. The next page will display a list of all applications you currently have on your Facebook account. Find Kingdoms of Camelot and click on the "x" to the right. You'll be asked if you're sure you want to remove the app; click "Remove"
5. The next page will display a list of all applications you currently have on your Facebook account. Find Kingdoms of Camelot and click on the "x" to the right. You'll be asked if you're sure you want to remove the app; click "Remove."
6. The app will now been removed from your account.
7. To reinstall the Kingdoms of Camelot app, return to the Kingdoms of Camelot Fan Page and click the link to "Add Application." The app will be re-added to your Facebook account and your game will appear just as you left it.
